At Creative Logo Lab, we are committed to delivering exceptional design and development services to our clients. We recognize that there may be occasions when refunds are necessary. This policy details our refund procedures for our various services:

Design Services

Logo Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design

• If a project has not yet commenced the design phase and the client requests a refund, a full refund will be issued.
• Once the design phase has begun, a partial refund may be considered based on the extent of work completed.
• No refunds will be issued after the final design files have been delivered to the client.

Development Services

Website Development

• For website development projects, clients may request a refund before the development phase has started, and a full refund will be provided.
• If development has already commenced, a partial refund will be considered based on the progress of development.
• No refunds will be given once the website has been launched on the client's server.

Combined Design and Development Services

For projects involving both design and development services, the refund policies detailed above will apply separately to each stage of the project.

Refund Process

Requesting a Refund

Clients must submit a written refund request to inquiry@creativelogolab.com within 7 days of project initiation. The request should outline the reasons for the refund and include any relevant supporting documents.

Refund Evaluation

Upon receipt of the refund request, our team will evaluate the status of the project and the reasons for the refund. The refund amount will be determined based on the project's progress and the conditions outlined in the applicable sections of this policy.

Refund Notification

We will inform the client of our decision within 7 days of receiving the refund request. If the refund is approved, we will specify the refund amount and provide details on the refund process.

Refund Policy for Discounted Coupons and Annual Fees

Please note that discounted coupons and annual fees are non-refundable. This policy is in place to help us maintain high-quality service and offerings. We appreciate your understanding.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• The client has approved the final design or development files.
• The client has utilized or implemented any part of the delivered work.
• Changes in the client's project requirements or objectives after project initiation.

Payment Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the client agreeing to the refund terms. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.

Modification of Policies

Creative Logo Lab reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notification. Changes will become effective immediately upon their posting on our website or when notice is provided to clients.
