For digital products such as eBooks. a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not been accessed or downloaded. Once the product has been accessed, no refund will be issued.
If a consulting service has been booked but not yet delivered, a full refund can be requested within 7 days of the booking. Once the service has commenced, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of service provided. No refund will be issued after the completion of the service.
To initiate a refund, clients must submit a written request to info@mysticalpublishers.com within the specified time frame for each product/service. The request should include the reason for the refund and any relevant documentation.
